Chris and I were good friends from WMU also with Gerry Bio, and when I heard this news I was crushed. We were in each others weddings in 1996, and I just pray for his wife and children as well as his mother and sister. Just makes me a little bit empty inside.

Chris was an extremely dedicated and likable character- he and I worked together in the 16th Cav, both in 1/16, and in the Regimental S3 shop. He will be sorely missed by those with whom he served. Rest in peace, Brother, you have certainly done your part to earn it.

I served with Chris at Fort Knox 16th CAV. He was a great person and team mate and will be missed. It saddens me as the rest of the military communtiy to learn of this tragic loss. Strike Hard! Scouts OUT!
