It wasn’t “tailgating,” it was . . . “drafting.” I was conserving . . . gas . . . to . . . go green? :)

    What is this “speed limit” thing of which you speak?

    I’m not exactly sure, but just when I thought that he was going extra-turtle-slow, just to mess with me, I’d see a white sign of some nature on the side of the road with these little numbers on it, and sure enough that would be the speed he was going. An amazing coincidence. :)
