Still don’t have a dryer…. :) Still tired…. Sometimes, for a good cause, you do things, even if you are exhausted…. :) Sometimes, Fr. JJ expressed concern over this, too. He may have said something about me not knowing how to take care of myself….?

And, well, yes, I managed not to burn them and got them out of the pans in one piece.

I wonder if I’ll get the cake carriers back in time to bring Dr. K *his* birthday cake on Friday…. :)

Did you notice my “product placement” for Cutco in the second photo? Think they’ll give me any money for advertising? I *did* use one of their knives to trim the fondant…. :)

I think it turned out very well! Don’t be so hard on yourself (wait a minute, I must remember who I’m talking to)! ;-)
Really – your edges looked clean, your cakes were level, and your decorating was colorful and fun.
All in all I think a very successful execution of the birthday cake!!!
